It's finally done. Today, on the official page of the administration of the Vladimir region, information about Rita Borisovna disappeared, and the editor-in-chief of Vladimirskie Vedomosti Igor Efremov published on Facebook that Shlyakhova worked her last day yesterday

Also, Vice Governor Dmitry Kolkov gave a comment on this matter. In his opinion, Rita Shlyakhova simply retired.

Shlyakhov went to our region in the form of a bonus to the new governor Svetlana Orlova in 2013. In addition to their professional relationships, they have a long-standing friendship. Before that, they worked together in the Federation Council, where Rita Borisovna was on the press service staff.

In addition to the story with her husband, Rita Shlyakhova will be remembered by Vladimir residents as an inappropriate fighter against independent media. It was she who called the press, which does not write under the dictation of the authorities, “information skunks.”

This resignation came against the backdrop of news from the arbitration court, where a meeting was held at which the department of property and land relations of the administration of the Vladimir region demanded more than 44 million rubles from Viktor Shlyakhov: 41.8 million for concluding unprofitable transactions, and 2.6 million rubles for written bonuses that Shlyakhov appropriated to himself.
