AstraZeneca is suing a company from Bogolyubovo over the supply of a cancer drug | Argument
The British-Swedish pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca AB filed a claim in the Arbitration Court of the Vladimir Region against Pharmproekt LLC, registered in Bogolyubovo. The dispute relates to the supply of the drug Osimertinib, used to treat certain forms of lung cancer. Pharmproekt entered into a contract with Kalugapharmacy for the supply of 36 thousand tablets of the drug worth about 142.8 million rubles.
