Today my colleagues asked me: what, in my opinion, the motivation for the security forces to initiate criminal cases according to the comments of three years ago? It was about the persecution of the artist from Khabarovsk Maxim Smolnikov - Khadad (his creative pseudonym) was in a pre -trial detention center for a post on the self -brying of Mikhail Zhlobitsky, published on the day of the attack, October 31, 2018.

I honestly said that the motive I see only: their skin, departmental interest-ticks and reports, statistics and revealing indicators. A serious crime (terrorist article!), Which is being investigated without getting up from the sofa: a screenshot from VKontakte, and an examination in a trusted institution, that’s the entire evidence base. It is very convenient - I accumulated publications with the word "Zhlobitsky" in the daddy and sit for yourself, earn stars. There are work for ten years in advance.

It is quite clear that the criminal case of Maxim Smolnikov has nothing to do with the fight against terrorism, nor to public security.

Moreover, in this criminal case - as, however, in the vast majority of such cases - there is no crime at all. The post for which Hadada was attracted is still available on the network. Read and try to find there a "public statement on recognizing the ideology and practice of terrorism correctly in need of support and imitation." I did not find. Smolnikov writes about the self -gap of Zhlobitsky with the words: “desperate act”, “suicide act” and more ”is like an act of self -immolation, and not a partisan attack or a terrorist attack.” He says that the anarchists have no organization in Russia, and if it were, as it was, maybe "a guy, with the support of comrades, would have found a more constructive form of struggle for himself."

“I think this is too high price and grieve,” the artist wrote.

I remember how in my process the experts from the prosecution is twitched in a pan in the pan, trying to find a statement in the text about the “forced nature of the actions” of the terrorist or attract the “young” and “citizen” as a positive characteristic of the Zlobitsky (to give this all in the meaning of “excuse”). It was not easy for them, softly to say. How experts will be twisted in the Hadada case - and it is impossible to imagine. Hadad did not hide his views and honestly said that he did not support Putin's power. He painted memorable pictures on the anger of the day on the walls of the Khabarovsk buildings. When you look at them, the word "resistance" pops up in your head - the whole evil of the world - from environmental threats to police violence. Resistance is already a reason to be persecuted .

In which article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation it is possible to wrap graffiti, the security forces have not yet come up with, so Hadad was arrested for words.

It is symbolic that Smolnikov’s search happened on the same day as shooting at a Kazan school. While the graphist artist in Khabarovsk seized gadgets in the streets of Kazan with a gun at the ready, who considered himself the god, the psychopath went to shoot teachers and students of his former school. Where were the police, the Russian Guard, the FSB, a whole list of power services with all their vaunted surveillance cameras and network monitoring programs? Galyaviev wrote in advance that he was going to kill. Open text, and the words did not disperse the case. And just to protect against such crimes, all these "e" centers were created - so what? Where is the protection?

I cannot believe that numerous employees of countless law enforcement agencies do not see these contradictions. Okay, let's say the director of the FSB and the head of the UK, the prosecutor general and other generals have their own reasons to abandon all their forces to intimidate potential oppositionists. They need to sit in power. But the ordinary what? What do they think about? An ordinary investigator and ordinary policeman walk along the same streets, give children to the same schools - they need exactly the same security as we all. Is it really true that they believe that the real threat is in political graffiti and comments on the social network?

No, this is not so. Everything that happens around literally shouts: not there is a danger! Not peaceful rallies are dangerous, but their impossibility - when instead of exiting and getting a break, the dissatisfied goes underground. It is not a conversation about rights, but the lack of a conversation, when an inconspicuous guy silently accumulates anger at others.

The echo of the Arkhangelsk terrorist attack is still in the ears. Just on May 12, Vladimir Boboshin from Arkhangelsk received a fine of 205.2 (the same reason, the same harmless, honest, critical thoughts). Zhlobitsky blew up the FSB, but destroyed not the building, but the very essence of the security service. For the third year now, more and more criminal cases have been arising throughout the country for comments, which no one has noticed at one time. The security forces carefully invent “crimes” on the basis of two or three emotional phrases written by someone, not noticing how the state truly scatters around them.
