Eduard Malofeev: “I am now working as the head coach of the national team of Belarus, but now I have decided that from this day I will give all my free time to the Pskov football club. And since I give the consent to work in Pskov, I am very responsible for this issue and here I will be responsible for everything: for breeding work, for the training process and for everything else.

An important point in my work will of course be the creation of a capable coaching staff. So that at the time when I leave the team for fees, the qualifying and friendly games of the national team, the work here would go its own way, and the team was in the hands of my comrades, who can manage it and know what to do. There are people, I'm sure who can do this.

I am a citizen of Russia and I do not want to lose connection with her. I came here like a friend, with the kindest intentions - to help my friends. What I can do - cook young guys, set the team’s game, I have proved more than once. I am sure that here in this regard I will also be able to help.

I can’t accept the position of head coach now, but once again I repeat that as a coach consultant, I will still consider myself responsible for everything. I will make all my efforts and give all my free time to the Pskov football club. I also declare that this will not damage my work in the team of Belarus. I have no right to devote less time to the national team and, even working here, I will always think about the national team of Belarus. ”

Igor Osipenko: “I will say briefly - here Eduard Vasilievich. I have nothing more to add to this. You remember the recent time when he came, and what he did here. With his arrival, I think, we will have the game that was 2-3 years ago, and our viewer will again return to the stadium! ”

Alexander Lilitsa: “Whatever we call it today-the head coach or coach consultant, we received today in Pskov Eduard Vasilyevich Malofeev. I think that with his arrival, I will devote more time to the commercial part of the club’s work, the preparation of bases for the training process. I’ll tell you frankly: with his arrival I have more energy, more desire to work! The parish of Eduard Vasilyevich will again give the strongest impetus to the development of our football! ”

Understudy and football school

Igor Osipenko confirmed the words of Alexander Lilitsa, which he said at the final press conference of the season, when he spoke about the plans of the regional leadership to finance a children's football school and allocate a team of understudies in a separate financing article.

• Is the issue of financing from the regional budget of the children's football school FC Pskov-2000 and will we see the Dublers in the KFK championship in the North-West championship in the next season?

Igor Osipenko: “The budget of the club next year is already in the project, it will be increased. This year, the maintenance of the children's football school will be transferred to the regional budget. In what form it will be - the SHVSM branch, or a specialized school is a purely legal issue, which we naturally solve. In the KFK we will see not only a double, but we will solve the issue with the Great Lucian "Krivichi". It is possible that we will see part of the Pskov youth there. ”

Preseason preparation and fees

• When is it planned to start pre -season preparation for the next season? There are already dates for the fees and is it decided where they will pass?

Alexander Lilitsa: “On the day of the arrival of Eduard Vasilievich, we sat with him until one in the morning and, not yet solving the main issues, we had already discussed the issues of the preparatory stage. Yes, there are nuances precisely on fees. But this will be decided not only by us, but also with the participation of Igor Stepanovich, because the fees require certain financial costs. We counted the money and this year we will also consider. But in matters of preseason preparation, the word is now not behind me - the word for Eduard Vasilyevich. As he says, it will be so. ”

Eduard Malofeev: “The training plan for the preparatory period and the annual plan, I hope, will be compiled by December, this is not a problem.”

• What are the tasks for the season?

Alexander Lilitsa: “At a meeting with Evgeny Mikhailov, the governor himself raised the question of building a base for a football club. Of course, this is an expensive project, it will be implemented for more than one month and for more than one year. Today we have a sound task - with the advent of Eduard Vasilievich, we must build a new team that could solve the most serious problems in two years not only in the second league, but maybe even in the first league the forces of its players. During this time, we must pull up the club’s material and technical base, but this does not mean that we will fight for places in the second ten next season. Knowing my ambitions and ambitions of Eduard Vasilyevich, the team will only fight for the highest places. ”

Stadium, scoreboard and pskov

One of the vital issues for the football club is the issue of the home stadium and its compliance with the requirements of the professional football league. And although there were no leaders of the city at a press conference, this question was nevertheless sounded to the leadership of the club and the region:

• Will the city authorities help the football club next year? Will the issue of the installation of plastic seats and a modern scoreboard be resolved?

Alexander Lilitsa: “Just a week before the arrival of Eduard Vasilyevich, I met with the leadership of the city and the leaders of many organizations. We agreed that from the New Year the club would not pay for the rental of the stadium and premises. In turn, we properly contain our premises and a football field. According to plastic and scoreboard: in our zone in the league there was only one Pskov, which does not have this. The city holds other events at the stadium, the price of the issue is only 1.5 million rubles. I think that it would be nice for any person, having received a ticket, find your place and relax at any event. On the part of the city leadership there is a promises that by the end of the first round, by the day of the city, all this will be established. ”

Igor Osipenko: “Today, all questions in relations with the city have been removed. The city leadership in the same way understands the significance of football for its inhabitants. Yes, there are sometimes “moments”, but we must always look for a compromise, and now it has been found. ”

And who is the main one?

Eduard Vasilievich, however, did not return as the head coach. Of course, this fact removed many questions, but put a new one - who will undertake to lead the club as the head coach?

• Are the candidates for posts in the coaching leadership?

Alexander Lilitsa: “After today's meeting with the governor, I, Igor Stepanovich and Eduard Vasilyevich, will gather and we will discuss these candidates. The only thing I can say is that all these people will be ours, there will be no nonresident. ”

Honestly, the prospects are rather vague, but what to do? We, football fans, have to wait for the beginning of the pre -season fees and the actual football season, which will give answers to all the questions now, and at the same time will put all the points over the “i” ...
