The delegation of the Pskov region will take part in the Days of the North-West of Russia in Germany (Dusseldorf) from 19 to 23 November. Wage arrears in the Pskov region as of November 1 amounted to 104 million rubles, of which 75 million are the own funds of enterprises. 29 million rubles are owed to public sector employees, which is 2 million more than a month ago. Employees of the municipal administration are owed 9 million rubles, local police - 7 million rubles, housing workers - 6 million rubles. In the city of Pskov, employers owe employees 37 million rubles, in Velikiye Luki - 26 million rubles. The Plyussky district (5 million rubles) ranks first in terms of non-payments among the districts of the region. The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation canceled the decision of the Pskov Regional Court, which declared the decision of the administration of the Pskov Region on toll roads illegal. A new weekly newspaper "Compass" appeared in the Ostrovsky district. It contains information about the economic, political and cultural life of the Island and the region.
