In 2001, the prosecutor of the Chelyabinsk region, with the support of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Justice for the region, demanded in court to ban the organization's activities, accusing its members of inciting social hatred. In particular, according to the prosecutor, members of the organization, who were also parishioners of the Unification Church, founded by the Korean preacher Moon, urged members to observe cult fasts, confess, take part in the ritual mass marriage ceremony, and adhere to the canons of the religious organization Unification Church.
On April 18, 2001, the court refused to consider the claim by the prosecutor's office. On the cassation appeal of the prosecutor's office, the case was sent for further investigation, but the second trial, held on April 2, 2003, the court again refused to satisfy the prosecutor's claim, recognizing the demands of the prosecutor and the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Justice as illegal and unfounded.
