This provision should be extended to traditional confessions, to which Dugin includes the ROC MP, the Old Believer Church, Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, Catholics and Protestants. Moreover, among Muslims, A. Dugin proposes to support, first of all, the Central Spiritual Administration of Muslims, since "Muslims financed from abroad feel comfortable, and they easily buy high-ranking officials, and those who are truly loyal to Russia, loyal to the authorities, are in poverty" . Yet "non-traditional religions and cults should be monitored very carefully, and the nature of their activities and the quality of their influence should be accurately assessed." Relations between the state and confessions should be regulated by a special law. At the same time, A. Dugin believes, the "privileged position" of the ROC, which exists de facto, can also be enshrined in law.
