Worldwide conspiracy of oligarchs

In November 2003, George Soros announced that he was ready to allocate 15 million dollars for the campaign against the re-election of George W. Bush Jr. for a second term.

According to George Soros , the US president is abusing the US's leading position in the world and thereby posing a threat to the development of democracy throughout the world.

On November 13, 2003, Novye Izvestia published comments on this statement by Russian political scientists, including Dmitry Olshansky, director of the Center for Strategic Analysis and Forecasts (d. December 9, 2003).
