The administration of Yekaterinburg provided a grant to the association of patriotic clubs "Druzhina" of the All-Russian Orthodox Youth Movement for the implementation of the "Start in Life" program. According to the Yekaterinburg Pravoslavnaya Gazeta , "this is a program for the progressive development of socially isolated children and adolescents based on scouting methods." It was created primarily for the pupils of two orphanages, with which the association "Druzhina" has already concluded agreements on social partnership.
