Oleg Deripaska: "Let's share!"

I do not think that the privatization of the early 1990s was inherently unfair. It is important to understand that both privatization and nationalization always lead to the infringement of someone's interests. The question is how to make the result of privatization work for the country, for each of our citizens, and not just for those who managed to succeed in the privatization process. To do this, he proposes " not to intimidate those who benefited from the undervaluation of property that was allowed during the privatization process, but to offer them either to pay a very high tax - about 75% or even 80% of the benefit they received as a result of underpayment for acquired production assets, or offer them to reinvest for a long term (7-10 years) the proceeds from the sale of privatized property in the economy of our country , and for the second time the capitalized results of these investments will not be subject to additional tax.I think this will be useful for society, and fair, and intimidation is no good.
