Sentence for nationalist murder

On March 4, 2004, the Moscow Izmaylovsky Court convicted an underage teenager who had participated in the brutal beating of a native of Tajikistan.

The court found him guilty of having attacked a citizen of Tajikistan who was passing by them in the campaign of "unidentified persons" and took part in a severe beating. The victim was kicked and beaten with a wooden club, and then inflicted seven stab wounds. As a result, the person died.

The court recognized that the attack was motivated by "the beliefs of the nationalist movement "Skinheads" about social superiority in relation to representatives of other nationalities and the need to destroy them" and convicted the skinhead under Part 4 of Article 111 (infliction of grievous bodily harm motivated by national hatred, resulting in death victim).

Unfortunately, we do not know when this murder took place.
