Orthodox Samara residents ask presidential candidate V. Putin to cancel the Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)

A group of Orthodox residents of Samara sent a "selective order" to presidential candidate V. Putin with a request to cancel the TIN and the number of the pension certificate, to exclude the column "personal code" from the Russian passport, to refuse to use bar codes when marking goods.

The authors of the "mandate" consider Putin the most likely winner in the upcoming elections and urge him to monitor the implementation of the Constitution, since all of the above innovations, according to the signatories of the "mandate", violate the fundamental law of the country.

Orthodox Samara residents were also outraged by the government's intention to introduce a universal identity identifier by 2006: "What cynicism emanates from the words of government officials about the decision to start numbering people from none other than newborn babies right in maternity hospitals!"
