The project “Countering Hate Speech: The Civil Position of Russian NGOs and the Media” was launched in the Angara region.

On March 25, 2004, the IV festival "Baikal Press" opened in Irkutsk, organized by the administration of the Irkutsk region and the regional Union of Journalists. Within the framework of this festival, a round table was held, at which journalists were informed about the launch of the project "Counteracting hate speech: the civic position of Russian NGOs and the media."
