Black student beaten in Kursk

At the end of March 2004, a black student was beaten up in Kursk. This attack was reported on March 30, 2004 by Avtoradio in Kursk with reference to the city police department. We could not find details of the beating.

According to media reports, "in the last two weeks of March 2004, this is the fourth case . " On March 14, 2004, a 20-year-old citizen of Sri Lanka was beaten , on March 13, 2004 a citizen of Malaysia , on March 1, 2004 a citizen of Palestine .
