Beatings of foreigners in Tambov

By the end of March 2004, skinheads became more active in the city of Tambov. Brigades of 10 - 15 people break into the territory of the campus and beat foreigners.

At the end of March 2004, a 22-year-old Vietnamese man and his friend were beaten in Tambov. A crowd of 15 people kicked the foreigners.

Around the same time, in an Internet cafe, a company of skinhead teenagers in camouflage with a fascist swastika on their sleeves attacked a Jordanian. The fight was avoided because the police arrived on time.

To protect themselves, foreign students created the International Student Patrol.
