Calling Putin “a lackey of Judaism” is not anti-Semitism

In January 2004, in No. 104 of the neo-pagan newspaper "Arkaim", an article was published "In defense of the Rodovichi Ruskago and the Slavic-Aryan Family of the Spiritual-Clan Power of the Russian Federation, from the lackey of Judaism - the President of the Russian Federation V. On March 13, 2004, the Prosecutor's Office of the Moscow Region instructed the Prosecutor's Office of the city of Elektrostal to check the activities of the organization that publishes this newspaper - "The Rat of the Cossack Horde of the Spiritual and Tribal Power of Rus" in the city of Elektrostal, Moscow Region. The check was to be carried out, among other things, for the implementation of extremist activities, incitement of national hatred and propaganda, and public demonstration of paraphernalia and symbols confusingly similar to the Nazi.

However, the prosecutor's office of the city of Elektrostal, represented by investigator M.E. Shishirin, did not find any signs of extremism in the materials of the organization and the case under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation did not initiate.

At the same time, Deputy of the State Duma A.E. Lokot (KPRF) applied to the prosecutor's office of the Moscow Region with a demand to initiate a case against the head of the organization O. Popov under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation regarding the publication in the same 104th issue of the newspaper "Arkaim" "Kholuy of Judeodonazism, president of eReFii, denied the Russians the right to Russia!"

After an audit conducted by investigators from the Moscow Region Prosecutor's Office, on May 14, 2004, case No. 99123 was initiated under another article - Article 319 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Public insult to a government representative in the performance of his official duties) for the fact that "the President of the Russian Federation was publicly called a lackey Judeodonazism, Varangian and other insulting words that clearly do not correspond to generally accepted norms of behavior .

In addition, during the investigation, it was established that Popov's actions contained public calls for extremist activities, that is, Popov's actions contained signs of a crime under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

In November 2004, the case was transferred under jurisdiction to the Prosecutor's Office of Elektrostal, Moscow Region. For quite a long time the investigation did not move forward (suspended, resumed again), because the investigators could not find O. Popov, who on February 9, 2005 was put on the wanted list.

After the investigators nevertheless managed to find O. Popov. he was sent for an outpatient psychiatric examination at the GNTs. Serbian, but did not pass it.

On July 21, 2005, criminal case No. 99123 was terminated under clause 2, part 1, article 24 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Russian Federation (lack of corpus delicti).

On December 2, 2005 the case was reopened .
