The mosque in Pskov will probably still be built

A mosque is planned to be built on the outskirts of Pskov. The initiator of the construction, the chairman of the Chechen Culture Center, Sharip Okunchaev, is coordinating this issue with the regional administration.

According to Sh. Okunchaev, the Archbishop of Pskov and Velikoluksky Evsevy (Savvin) does not object to the construction of the mosque, since he considers Islam one of the traditional religions.
