On June 3, the Werner Peter Schmitz Public Benefit Foundation and the administration of Pskov signed an official cooperation agreement. The mayor of the city, Mikhail Horonen, and the fund's manager, Michael Peter Dirks, put their signatures under the agreement. V.P.
