On June 2, "Pskovskaya Gubernia" published the material "Signal flags" on the course of the regular session of the Pskov Regional Assembly of Deputies, one of the issues of which was the question of changing the rules of the Assembly in terms of re-election of its chairman.

We have received the official protocol of counting the results of the repeated roll-call voting, on the basis of which we publish its results.

As a reminder, the results of the voting opened up opportunities for early replacement of the current Chairman of the Assembly, Yuriy Shmatov. In the event that this happens, one of the contenders for the position of speaker of the regional parliament may be the current deputy chairman of the Assembly, former deputy and first deputy head of the administration of the Pskov region (1996-2000) Mikhail Gavunas.
