A fight between rappers and skinheads was prevented in Kirov

On January 15, 2005, a fight between rappers and skinheads was prevented by police officers near the city children's park in Kirov.

The massacre was avoided thanks to the departure of several patrols to the place at once. A crowd of teenagers - according to various estimates, 100 - 150 people - who came out after a disco in the Avrora recreation center, were dispersed by police officers. A video was taken on the spot. There were no casualties. The most active teenagers were detained and an explanatory conversation was held with them. Andrey Altyshev, head of the juvenile department of the Sloboda District Department of Internal Affairs, said that there was not a single skinhead among the detained young people.
