V. Ustinov used the text of an Orthodox deputy without citing the source

The editors of Vokrug Novostey discovered that the introduction to Vladimir Ustinov's speech at the extended meeting of the Prosecutor General's Office on January 21 was "borrowed" almost verbatim from an article by Natalya Narochnitskaya published on Pravoslavii.ru in September 2003. Even more coincidences were found with a later version of this same articles.
