Oryol RNE threatens participants in the process against nationalists

On February 21, 2005, it became known that judge Malvina Kapustyanskaya received a letter from members of the Oryol RNU with a swastika and the following text: "Jew, go to Israel . "

"Threats and pressure on the court and witnesses by the Nazis have long become commonplace in the region ," Novye Izvestia, which reported this, notes. According to human rights activists, law enforcement agencies prefer not to interfere in these conflicts.

It is interesting that M. Kapustyanskaya, nee Anokhin, comes from the deaf Oryol province and has nothing to do with Israel.

It seems that Orel is becoming one of the "problem" regions in terms of national fascism. Suffice it to recall the beating of Buryat athletes in February last year, the threats against Governor Stroyev and human rights activist Krayukhin.

It should be noted that the case in Orel is not the only example of pressure on the trial by RNE members. Activists of this organization are suspected of involvement in assassination attempts on judges in the city of Dogoprudny in 2004.
