In March 2005, the Volgograd Jewish Community Center, together with the "Or Avner" school, held the "Clean City" action. Youth groups cleared the streets of the city of swastikas and statements inciting ethnic and religious hatred, such as "Kill the khach ...", "Death to the Jews ..." , etc. Similar actions have already taken place in different cities of Russia.
However, after the action, the inscriptions began to appear again. For example, one of the parishioners of the synagogue gave a signal about the appeared inscriptions. The chairman of the council of the Jewish community center, Yael Ioffe, left for the place. It turns out that the stadium management, having noticed the notes, painted over them.
