Over 80% of teachers in Volzhsk are supporters of teaching “Fundamentals of Orthodox Culture”

In the course of the conference "Family and the Church. Cooperation for the Sake of Life" the data of a questionnaire survey of teachers from the city of Volzhsk (Republic of Mari El) were published. More than 80% of the teachers were in favor of teaching "Fundamentals of Orthodox Culture" in schools. In 2003, according to Tatyana Yakubovskaya, head of the city education department, 30% of city teachers were supporters of teaching this discipline.
