DPNI creates mobile combat units

On April 20, 2005, an expanded meeting of the Central Council of the Movement Against Illegal Immigration was held, at which it was decided to create mobile combat groups - a network of clandestine cells, with a well-developed communication and mobilization system, numbering 5 people, "divided according to the principle of compact territorial residence , presence of a car" . The basis of the cells should be persons with military ranks, as well as "skills in combat operations, possession of weapons, military sports training, vehicles" . Group members are expected to have (or already have) a permit to possess (and likely carry) firearms.

Such a decision is justified by "a possible aggravation of the internal political situation in the Russian Federation, the likelihood of mass riots, aggressive actions of foreign states . "

Shortly before this, the leader of the Slavic Union, Dmitry Demushkin, addressed his supporters with a call to legally acquire firearms.
