So where is Russia going?

Issue 17 of Moscow News for 2005 published Ivan Davydov's article "Usurpation of the Future", in which the author outlines his idea of ​​the main goal of the President's message to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.

In this document, I. Davydov believes, the president contrasted Yeltsin's experience of building democracy with his own: he declared that until recently our country, in fact, had not been democratic, and made a bid to build democracy "from scratch."
