Another trial of a group of skinheads has ended in the Moscow region

On May 11, 2005, the Moscow Regional Court convicted a group of Noginsk skinheads for a series of crimes, including premeditated murder motivated by ethnic hatred, committed by them in the fall of 2003.

By a court decision, Anatoly Gruzdev was sentenced to 18 years in a strict regime colony; Nikolai Davydkin (he was the most cruel) - by the age of 19 in a strict regime; Alexander Sevastyanov - to 17 years of strict regime with outpatient treatment by a psychiatrist; Nikolai Teplyakov - by the age of 9 in a general regime colony; Vyacheslav Golovatov - to 8 years of general regimen and outpatient treatment by a psychiatrist; Oleg Kochnov - to 8 years of general regime. In addition, the court decided to recover 230 thousand rubles from each convicted person in favor of the brother of the murdered Ya.Kan.

On July 18, 2005, the convicts' cassation appeal was considered by the Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Supreme Court of Russia. The Supreme Court dropped the charges against two convicts - Gruzdev and Golovatov under Art. 315 (theft of the victim's passport) - due to the curing of the statute of limitations in the case. However, in the rest, neither the qualification of the charge nor the terms of punishment were changed.

On December 14, 2021, Gruzdev left the Mordovian colony at the end of his term of freedom.
