Sentence to Izhevsk neo-Nazi

On May 12, 2005, the Industrial District Court of the city of Izhevsk delivered a verdict in the case leader of the Izhevsk branch of the Freedom Party Alexander Schneider.

A. Schneider was charged with part 1 of article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (public calls for carrying out extremist activities).

Unfortunately, it is unclear exactly what the verdict was. Quicker in total, A. Schneider was acquitted or released from punishment due to the expiration of the term prescription, since in September 2005 he ran for the city council.
