Caricature exhibition banned in Kamchatka

In the Art Museum of Petropavlovsk-on-Kamchatka on May 14, 2005, an exhibition of works by the artist Denis Lopatin was to open - caricatures, cartoons and comics on Russian politicians and statesmen. However, the governor of the Kamchatka region, Mikhail Mashkovtsev, banned the exhibition.
