The Moscow Government will provide premises free of charge to educational institutions of the Russian Orthodox Church MP

Yu.M. Luzhkov signed a decree according to which educational institutions of the ROC MP will be provided with premises in Moscow free of charge for a period of five years. This concerns, in particular, the Russian Orthodox Institute of St. John the Theologian, the Orthodox School of Arts, the Petrovsky Lyceum and the Orthodox Classical Gymnasium "Radonezh". As stated in the document, the decision was made in connection with the appeal of Patriarch Alexy II and in order to maintain the system of educational institutions of the Russian Orthodox Church.
