Skinheads convicted in Moscow

On May 14, 2004, the verdict of the Moscow City Court passed in January 2005 against 17-year-old skinheads came into force. Their names are not indicated, because. both are minors. Recall that the court, on the basis of a jury verdict, found them guilty of murder committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, motivated by national hatred and enmity (paragraphs "g", "l" part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In addition, one of them was found guilty of attempted murder motivated by ethnic hatred and enmity (part 3 of article 30, paragraph "l" of part 2 of article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation).

In January 2005 the Moscow City Court sentenced them to 9.5 and 6.5 years' imprisonment. After consideration of the cassation, on May 14, 2005 the verdict entered into force.
