AKM activists did not interfere with Nashi

On May 15, 2005, 15 members of the Vanguard of the Red Youth were detained in Moscow as they were exiting the Leninsky Prospekt metro station, reportedly for attempting to hold an unsanctioned rally.

As RIA Novosti was told by a source in the Moscow police department, AKM activists unfurled posters near the metro station, after which they were going to go to the rally of the Nashi movement that was taking place on Leninsky Prospekt and interfere with it. After the arrest, the AKM members were taken to the Brateevo police station "to determine their identity."

According to Nezavisimaya Gazeta, AKM members handed out leaflets to passers-by calling for vigilance. "Behind the anti-fascist jingoistic rhetoric of the Nazis, fascist methods are hidden ," the leaflet says. " Don't let your mind be manipulated!" .
