Verdict to Viktor Korchagin

On June 6, 2005, the Timiryazevsky Court of Moscow passed a sentence on the editor of the Rusich magazine , Viktor Korchagin was found guilty under Part 1 of Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation., but the court released him from punishment due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

After the verdict was announced, Korchagin told reporters that he still does not admit guilt and believes that he acted within the law. V. Korchagin has not yet decided whether he will appeal the verdict.
