In the Omsk region, a criminal case was initiated under Art. 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (incitement of national hatred or enmity) on the fact of the distribution of leaflets of nationalist content in the village. This became known from the Statement of the deputy of the Tyukalinsky Ministry of Defense A.D. Trishin, published on the Russkaya Liniya news agency website on March 24, 2005, in which Trishin reports that he was illegally interrogated in mid-March 2005 as a witness in this case in connection with his publication on the Internet of the article "Slaves of the new Khazar Khaganate "(anti-Kazakh orientation).

It should be noted that Alexander Trishin, in the past - the chieftain of local Cossacks, was sentenced in 1996 to five years in prison for setting fire to the personal property of Chechen natives.
