Is NDPR preparing for re-registration?

In June 2005, another "special" issue of the NDPR newspaper "Russian Way" published materials indicating that the party was preparing to make another attempt at registration. Now - as the Moscow regional social movement "National-Sovereign Way of Russia" (ROD "NDPR"). (Recall that in 2003 the NDPR was deregistered by the Ministry of Justice not for illegal actions, but on a formal basis).

The newspaper posted a draft charter for an organization that "carries out its activities both on the territory of ... the region [the word" Moscow "in some places is replaced by a dash, so that the document can become a draft model charters for "local" (see below) organizations of the movement - Ed. ], and in other constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as in any countries of permanent residence of its participants " .

From this text, it becomes clear that the movement is in fact not regional, but all-Russian, since the charter provides for the creation of "local branches" of the movement in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The activities of the movement are built on the principle of the activities of a political party (constituent conference, congress - as the highest governing body, political council - as a permanent governing body, etc.).

The founders of the Moscow regional branch of the NDPR are, in addition to Stanislav Terekhov and Alexander Sevastyanov (whose names do not appear under the draft charter), Vladimir Usov (co-chairman of the Moscow regional branch of the NDPR), Vladimir Fedoseenkov (chief of staff of the Union of Officers), Tadeush Kasyanov (president of the All-Russian Federation of Hand-to-Hand Combat and Traditional karate, instructor of the Alfa and Vympel divisions ), Valery Onischuk (member of the political council of the current NDR), Mikhail Ochkin (member of the commission on civil-patriotic and spiritual and moral education of youth of the Public Youth Chamber under the State Duma of the Russian Federation, member of the NDPR , activist of the DPNI ) and Viktor Shvedov (coordinator of the Moscow branch of the NDPR and administrator of the central site).

In addition to the draft charter, the newspaper posted a sample protocol and a memo on the procedure for registering a "local" (ie regional) branch of the organization.

At the same time, an article by A. Sevastyanov was published in the newspaper, in which he shares his impressions of a series of his propaganda trips around Russia (during which he visited at least 8 cities, giving "lectures at universities and other educational institutions, and in Rostov he received a 45-minute direct aired on the radio station "Echo of Rostov").
