In Moscow there will be no candidate “against everyone”
On July 6, 2005, at a meeting of the Moscow City Duma, amendments were adopted, prepared for the second reading of the Electoral Code of Moscow, according to which the ballot papers for the elections of deputies of the Moscow City Duma will not contain a column "against all."
At the same time, an amendment was rejected that proposed lowering the 10% barrier for electoral associations to enter the Moscow City Duma.
