The resolution on the liquidation of the NBP was protested

On July 7, 2005, Vitaly Varivoda, a lawyer for the National Bolshevik Party, challenged the decision of the Moscow Regional Court to liquidate the party. "We filed a cassation appeal against the decision of the Moscow Regional Court, in which we ask the Supreme Court to cancel the decision of the regional court as illegal and unfounded ," the lawyer said, RIA Novosti reports.
