Policy statements of the NDPR: The revolution will happen in five years

In July 2005, the next issue of the newspaper "Russian Front" was published, in which the program texts of the NDPR were published.

The party, represented by one of its leaders, Alexander Sevastyanov, declares its readiness to fight for the creation of a "Russian National State" based on the priority of ethnic Russians.

The NDPR sees the state borders of Russia as follows: they do not include Tuva, Chechnya and Ingushetia, but they include "the north-eastern part of Estonia, Belarus, Sumy, Lugansk, Kharkov, Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Kherson, Nikolaev, Odessa regions, Crimea, Transnistria (and in the new conditions, apparently, South Ossetia and even, possibly, Abkhazia), as well as Kustanai, Petropavlovsk, Kokchetav, Arkalyk, Akmola, Karaganda, Pavlodar and Ust-Kamenogorsk regions . That is, it is proposed to abandon the three Russian republics with the smallest percentage of the ethnically Russian population, but to annex Belarus and the border regions of Estonia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

The NDPR declares its readiness to lead the revolution prepared by it, which, according to the party, should take place in five years. And he sets out his vision of the tasks, methods, assessment of the driving forces and social support of this revolution. In the near future, the program proposes to focus on agitation, and mainly in the higher social strata.

The slogans of the revolution call for racial cleansing (to "fight both against the Zionist yoke and against black expansion" ), to ban "Judaism, Freemasonry and totalitarian sects" , as well as "non-Russian" national public associations and national-territorial autonomies.
