The Moscow government adopted a resolution on the tolerance program

On August 9, 2005, the Moscow government adopted a resolution "On the medium-term city target program "Multinational Moscow: the formation of civil solidarity, a culture of peace and harmony (2005-2007)". Unfortunately, we could not find the text of the program itself. The resolution was signed by the mayor Moscow of Y. Luzhkov.

In particular, the Government of Moscow decided

*"1. Approve the medium-term city target program "Multinational Moscow: the formation of civil solidarity, a culture of peace and harmony (2005-2007)".

  1. Approve the composition of the Coordinating Council for the implementation of the Program.

  2. Assign the functions of the state customer-coordinator of the Program to the Committee for Interregional Relations and National Policy of the City of Moscow.

  3. To the executive authorities of the city of Moscow participating in the implementation of the Program:

4.1. Ensure the unconditional implementation of program activities and annually, by February 20, submit to the Committee for Interregional Relations and National Policy of the City of Moscow reports on the implementation of the Program activities, indicating the financial costs for their implementation.

4.2. Financing of the activities of the Program shall be carried out at the expense and within the limits of the funds provided for in the budgets of the city of Moscow for the corresponding years.

  1. The Committee for Interregional Relations and National Policy of the City of Moscow, together with the Press Service of the Mayor and the Government of Moscow and the prefectures of the administrative districts of Moscow, shall ensure wide coverage of the events of the Program in the city and district mass media.

  2. The Committee for Advertising, Information and Design of the City of Moscow to assist the organizers of events held under the Program in placing information on outdoor advertising media at the rates of the city order in accordance with their application.

  3. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to the head of the Complex for the Development of the Research and Production Potential of the City of Moscow, Interregional and Public Relations*.
