Nationalist rally in the Vladimir region

On August 13, 2005, a rally of right-wing organizations organized by the youth branch of the Russian National Union (RONS) took place in the town of Pokrov, Vladimir Region.

The rally was timed to coincide with the celebration of the city's day, and its main topic was a protest against inspections of the RONS youth camp . Ethno-nationalist materials were actively distributed at the rally, including the Rubezh newspaper.

RONS activists make no secret of the fact that the event was of a pre-election nature: on October 16, 2005, elections of heads of local self-government will be held in the Vladimir Region. At the same time, it is not known who acted as the official organizer of the event: we remind you that the RONS was liquidated by a court decision in May 2004.
