"Orthodox watchman" against anti-Semite

On August 11, 2005, hearings on a civil lawsuit filed on July 21, 2005 by citizen A.V. began in the Cheryomushkinsky District Court of Moscow. Semenov against Mikhail Nazarov, the author of scandalous anti-Semitic appeals to the Prosecutor General's Office.

The plaintiff, Andrei Semyonov, who calls himself an "Orthodox human rights activist" and considers himself personally offended by M. Nazarov's anti-Semitic "letters" and articles, did not agree to a settlement agreement with the defendant during the first meeting.

The next court hearing is scheduled for September 13, 2005.

Comments: A. Semenov is known as an active fighter with the introduction of the TIN. In 2002, he was the Executive Director of the Russian Human Rights Bureau of the Oprichny Brotherhood in the name of St. Rev. Joseph Volotsky. According to the NDPR website, Semyonov currently works as a watchman.

The motivation for going to court was the conviction of A. Semenov that the "Letter of Five Hundred" is extremely harmful to the entire Russian movement .
