Proceedings of the conference “Hate Speech in Society, Politics and the Media” have been published

In September, the book "Hate Speech in Society, Politics and the Media" was published by the Center for the Development of Democracy and Human Rights with the support of the Public Verdict Foundation .

The publication includes materials of the conference of the same name held in Moscow on November 15, 2004.

The problem of hate speech is considered not only in relation to ethnic or confessional groups, but much more widely, both in terms of coverage of vulnerable groups and in terms of the socio-political context of "hostile" rhetoric.
