In August 2005, in Ryazan, a 10-year-old mestizo boy, David Nahenu, was beaten by a 40-year-old man for having dark skin. D.Nakhenu was taken to the hospital with bruises and injuries to the soft tissues of the head.
In early September 2005, the assailant agreed to pay compensation to the victim for the damage caused.
