On September 18, 2005, movement activists of the youth democratic movement "Yes" - the leader of "Yes" Maria Gaidar, coordinator of the movement, deputy chairman of the Moscow branch of the party "Yabloko" Alexei Navalny and an activist of the "Yes", which portrayed the chairman of the Moscow City Court Olga Yegorova during the action.
The detainees were escorted to the Tverskoye police station, where they were charged with an administrative offense under Art. 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
M. Gaidar stated that the members of "Yes" consider the actions of the police officers illegal, and plan to sue the police and the prefecture of the Central Administrative District of Moscow.
