NDPR participates in local government elections in the Leningrad region

Pavel Nemolyakin, Deputy Chairman of the National Power Party of Russia (NDPR) of the Leningrad Region, has put forward his candidacy for elections to local self-government in the Leningrad Region, which will be held on October 9, 2005. P. Nemolyakin is running in the city of Tosno.
