Beating and murder in Voronezh

On October 9, 2005, on the outskirts of Voronezh, in the area of ​​​​the Olympic recreation center, a group of 15-20 people armed with iron bars attacked a group of students with sticks, including two citizens of Peru, a citizen of Spain, three Russians - a guy and two girls.

According to the victims, the attackers were between 15 and 20 years old. They did not hide their faces. One of them had a knife.

As a result, an 18-year-old citizen of Peru, a student of the Angelis Hurtado Academy of Architecture Enrique Arturo, died on the spot from a head injury and 2 stab wounds, his compatriot Lavaro Aialo Alexander and a citizen of Spain Patigny Rodriguez Mario received head injuries and are in intensive care Department of the Voronezh Regional Clinical Hospital. According to doctors, their condition is satisfactory. A student from Voronezh, who was with foreigners, also suffered.

October 19, 2005 An intern of the Faculty of Philology of the VSU, Spanish citizen Potinho Rodriguez Mario, was discharged from the regional hospital. According to the doctors, both foreign students feel quite well, there are no complications.
