"The attack was committed in the Oktyabrsky district, on Lenin Street near the house 83, on a sports ground located next to the hostel of the Rostov Medical University ," the law enforcement agencies said. The attackers were 5-7 people aged 18-20 years. It was not possible to detain them. The victim with incised neck wounds was taken to the emergency hospital N 2, he was provided with medical assistance. Doctors assess the condition of the victim as moderate.
