On November 7, 2005, in Moscow, officers of the FSB and the UBOP broke into an apartment on Miklukho-Maklaya Street, where preparations were being made for the registration of the National Bolshevik Party with the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation.
The secret service officers copied the lists of party members prepared for registration. According to the NBP-Info website, the lists and computer hard drives with documentation confiscated from the apartment are located in the premises of the Organized Crime Control Department of the South-Western District of Moscow.
In addition, 15 NBP members were detained for several hours.
