The police tried to disrupt a rally in defense of the police

On November 11, 2005, activists of the Oryol organization of the Revolutionary Communist Youth Union (RKSM (b)) held a rally in support of honest police, timed to coincide with the professional holiday of November 10.

During the rally, the leader of the Vanguard of the Red Youth (AKM) Sergei Udaltsov, who had come to the rally from Moscow, was approached by a police officer, who said that Udaltsov was in a state of drug intoxication and demanded to stop the rally. At the same time, the organizer of the action, Sergei Markov, was put into a police car for unknown purposes.
