In October 2005, the Russian Ministry of Justice registered the Interregional public movement "National-Sovereign Path of Russia" - an organization that actually became the successor to the formally liquidated National-Sovereign Party of Russia, retaining the abbreviation - NDPR.
Registration Certificate No. 16750 was issued on October 18, 2005 by the head of the Main Directorate of the Federal Registration Service for Moscow - the Chief State Registrar of Moscow A. Buksman. The date of creation of the organization in the registration document is indicated as September 6.
We remind you that in 2002, the Ministry of Justice of Russia registered the NDPR, however, after the openly anti-Semitic speech of the then co-chairman of the NDPR Boris Mironov at the founding congress of the party became public, it (the party) was deregistered , however, not for its activities, but on a formal basis - in 2003. Now the party has regained its legal status.
Regional branches of the NDPR are also trying to obtain registration. It is significant that the goals declared in their program documents are, in particular, “propaganda of the National Power Party of Russia” - i.e. an organization deregistered by a court decision.
